This module based on the ACT DIN products is designed to work in conjunction with the SeaChange Air Handler Controllers. The module provides isolated 0-10V analogue outputs to enable fan speed control of the Supply and Extract Fans for a Dessicant cooled Air Handler.

The module is registered to it's AHU controller by putting
the AHU controller into config mode and then pressing the registration button on the
Humidity Controller. Registration is confirmed by the status LED on the module flashing
once. The module takes one of the registration slots normally used for Cascade modules or
Actuator modules, only two such slots are available per AHU. These slots are also used by
the Dessicant Wheel controller. If a Dessicant Wheel controller is also being used it is
suggested that this is registered first in order that the Standard Doorway pages for
Dessicant AHU will not need altering.
The AHU controller must be AHU3d4 or later to support a FSC
controller.
This controller allows the Fan Speed to be scheduled according to the value of Outside Air temperature being measured by the AHU controller. This can either be networked or directly connected to the AHU controller. This temperature is passed through channel A of the rescalable driver to provide an output to the analogue hardware driver.
An example will help to explain the settings. If the Fan Speed is required to be 50% of the maximum at say 0 degrees Outside Temperature rising to 100% at 30 degrees Outside then AIMN is set to 0, AIMX is set to 30, the range of temperature over which the Fan Speed is scheduled. AOMN is set to 50 to give a minimum speed of 50% and AOMX is set to 100%. Note that the input values are scaled in integer degrees C.
The control becomes active when the associated AHU controller indicates that the building is Occupied or in warm-up and the AHU supply and extract fans are enabled.
The resultant demand output is passed to Channel 1 (normally heating) of the universal driver which can be set to provide the correct style of output, analogue output, sequence output, or raise lower output according to the type of hardware.
The rate of change of the speed output can be adjusted using the config variable RAMP. This is set in percentage change per minute. If set to zero the output will be updated diectly to the scheduled value.
The second, channel 2, driver output can be used to control the speed of the other fan. Assuming the Supply Air fan is controlled from channel 1 then this would be the Extract Fan. The second channel will track the first with a percentage offset defined by FOFF. This allows the Fan Speeds to be set to give a slight positive or negative pressure in the building.
This controller uses the universal driver code, found in other SeaChange products. The analogue outputs can be set to provide 0-10V or stepped outputs to drive active relay modules e.g. Sontay RM range.
The default settings for the AOP board provide two 0-10V analogue outputs.
There are two plots setup as normal on the first two
'sensors'.

Plot 2 Fan Speed channel 2
This controller uses Configurable
Plots like most of the other SeaChange controllers.
The plots are now automatically re-scaled within the
controller to achieve the best resolution for the data recorded. This happens at the end
of every 96 readings when new maximum and minimum settings are calculated and also if a
new value is outside the current range settings.
